Many Pinnacol customers are required by OSHA to create and maintain injury and illness records. Even though compliance is vital, it can seem overwhelming and stressful. To provide some relief, Pinnacol Assurance offers an OSHA Record keeping app that supports customers through what can be a cumbersome process. The app is available in our Policyholder Portal, and helps customers transfer Pinnacol claims data into OSHA forms 301, 300 and 300A.
We’re excited to tell you, and customers who use the app most often, about a few new enhancements that are coming later this month. Some of the updates include:
- No more re-work. When a customer reports a claim to us, it’s automatically imported into the OSHA Record keeping application. No more importing individual injuries each time they occur.
- You can see it all. Hard-copy and digital First Reports of Injury are now accessible. Before customers could only see the claims they reported online.
- Smoother user experience. An updated look and feel lends to an enhanced, user-friendly experience.
- Their existing data is safe and sound. Customer’s data won’t be impacted by this update. They’ll also still log in to the OSHA Record keeping app in the Policyholder Portal.
Do you have a customer who may want to see these changes in action? We’re looking for customers to participate in a demo of the enhanced OSHA Record keeping app. If you know a mutual customer who would like to join us for one of eight sessions on May 8 or 9, please forward this email and invite them to register using the link below.
